Revived Membership
$299/month
For $299 per month, your funds are added to your account and can be used anytime toward services or products at Revived Medical Aesthetics. Unused funds roll over as long as your membership stays active.
Injectables Savings
- $1 OFF every unit of neuromodulator (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, etc.)
- $150 OFF each syringe of dermal filler
- OR 10% OFF full facial rebalancing treatments
Skincare & Retail
- 15% OFF all medical-grade skincare & retail products
Laser Hair Removal
- 15% OFF all full-priced laser treatments
How It Works
- Your card on file is charged $299 each month.
- That amount is banked to your account and can be used toward any eligible service or product.
- Membership perks and discounts apply as long as your account remains active.
- Membership funds are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions unless otherwise noted.
Cancellation Details
- You may cancel with 30 days’ notice.
- Any remaining membership balance must be used within 12 months after cancellation.
- All treatments are subject to medical consultation and provider approval.
