• Take Home NAD+ Injections: With five injections, you can save money while pursuing NAD+ therapy from the comfort of your home.

For many clients, a 50 mg dose administered twice weekly is commonly recommended, though treatment plans are personalized based on individual goals, response, and provider guidance.
