PDO Threads Post-Care Instructions
ICE: You can gently apply cold packs after treatment to help reduce swelling and bruising.
ARNICA: Apply arnica gel to areas as needed to help reduce areas of bruising and swellings.
TYLENOL: You may take Tylenol as directed (please do not use anti-inflammatories or aspirin) for discomfort.
WASHING: You may gently wash and apply makeup the morning after your treatment but please avoid aggressive scrubbing/rubbing x one week.
ELEVATION: Sleep at an incline for approximately one week after your appointment to help minimize swelling.
ANTI-AGING THERAPIES: These treatments can be done immediately before your thread lifting appointment but cannot be performed immediately after and will require a waiting period.

- Lasers and light-based heat – 1 month
- Radiofrequency treatments – 6 months
- CO-2 lasers – 6 months
- Facials and facial massages – 1 month.
